Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• In original condition

• Unworn and unused

• In original packaging

Email contact@getrarelyseen.com with your order number to start a return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your product is defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll make it right — either by refund or replacement.

Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” or discounted heavily are non-returnable unless defective.
